Padme is an energy mentor with over a decade of experience guiding others into a more conscious connection with their Divine Essence. She’s the creator of the Universal Heart Akashic Method and a teacher of Taoist and Tantric sexual energy practice. The core of these deep, beautiful practices, (which are a kind of yoga done fully clothed) is awakening you to the experience of your own deep self through consciously drawing energy through your body in ways that nurture your sacred feminine being.
