In these dynamic classes, you will have the opportunity to explore, experience and practice well-being through the doorway of Positive Psychology. Blending health and happiness as a clear path to well-being -- to create a life of purpose and meaning.
Positive Psychology is instrumental in optimizing your health, success and well-being.  The focus of the Positive Psychology approach enables you to identify the benefits of living happy and healthy, with strategies to raise your "positivity ratio".  It also addresses the need to give ourselves "permission to be human"  Once we accept failure as an option, we allow ourselves the freedom to learn from our failure. Happiness also has its own anatomy.  Linda will discuss the neurophysiology of happiness and how you can be mindful of your body's response to your moods and attitudes.

This workshop will provide opportunities to develop ongoing practices for increasing your creativity and flow, as well as expand your experience of health and happiness.
This carefully organized set of classes will inspire you to explore your best self and identify your strengths.

  • Develop and identify a personal strengths profile
  • Experience writing best-self exercises
  • Experience mindfulness meditation
  • Journal to explore the benefits of re-storying
  • Create "stretch goals" for health and happiness
  • Receive a valuable bibliography of supporting materials for further development

Linda Jackson, MEd, MAcOM, is a health practitioner of Oriental Medicine and a Positive Psychology Life Coach in private practice in Great Barrington, MA.  She has been working in healthcare, wellness, and teaching healthy living spanning 40 years.  Her work integrates and blends practices in health and happiness for optimal well-being.  Her personal goal is to    create opportunities for others to elevate their experience of well-being and Best Self practices whether one on one or group experiences and workshops.
